I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hidden gem in the mountains of Costa Rica. The hotel's location on a wonderful hike through the mountains allowed me to explore the breathtaking scenery at my own pace. The attentive staff made me feel right at home and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable with a double bed and basic amenities, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel's value for money was great, as they offered affordable prices for such a remarkable location. I also appreciated the breakfast options available nearby, providing a convenient start to the day.
All was excellent during my stay.

The location is stunning, surrounded by lush vegetation and home to a variety of exotic birds. the gardens are beautiful and the nature trail provides a wonderful hike through the mountains. the rooms themselves are basic, but clean, and the daily room service is a plus. the breakfast offerings are satisfying and well prepared.
The shared kitchen could use some improvements. the facilities are outdated, and the utensils and pots need to be replaced.

We stumbled upon Villas Josipek during our road trip in Costa Rica and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The cabins were rustic but clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchen and hot water. The lush garden surrounding the property was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the birds, including parrots and toucans. The owner, who only spoke Spanish, prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location was also convenient, with just a 10-minute drive to La Fortuna. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and nature-filled retreat.

The greenery surrounding the bungalows was stunning, and the botanical garden was an unexpected surprise. The pool was enjoyable, although it got crowded quickly. We appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and shops.
The accommodations were very basic and outdated. The bungalows were small and cramped, and amenities were lacking.
